At 3mm (0.12") thick, it provides genuine cushioning while remaining lightweight for easy transport and storage. To preserve color vibrancy, keep the mat out of direct sunlight.
For care, wipe down after each use with a damp cloth and mild soap or yoga mat cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or alcohol-based cleaners. Allow to air dry completely before rolling. It's not necessary to soak the whole pad. For hard-to-clean spots, use a soft-bristled brush.
